MULTI-YEAR PROJECT MANAGEMENT WORK FOR RISING, A FESTIVAL OF NEW ART, MUSIC, AND PERFORMANCE
At RISING, I oversaw end-to-end production, delivery, and on-site execution of all festival signage and merchandise across a multi-venue program, managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, and internal approvals. I spearheaded the research, procurement, and installation of a long-term vending machine solution for year-round merchandise sales—managing stakeholder buy-in, technical setup, supplier negotiations, and product loading.
